2007-M-055                State of Minnesota, Respondent, vs. Ronald Lindsey Reed, Appellant.

Ronald Reed was convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder for the 1970 shooting of St. Paul police officer James Sackett in 1970.  On appeal, Reed raised 13 claims of error through counsel and in a pro se brief.  The Court held that none of the asserted errors required reversal.
