Petitioner was convicted in Hennepin County for first-degree murder.  The Court upheld his conviction on direct appeal in 2006. Here,  the Court held that his 13 claims in this post-conviction appeal were barred by the Knaffla rule against claims that had been or could have been raised in an earlier appeal.
